Location: Germantown, MD Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 13:47:44 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Program Management, Risk Management About the job Experience: •7 years’ experience in cybersecurity or security related field •1 years’ experience supporting a federal agency or cleared federal contractor Insider Threat program •4 years of experience •5 years from proposed entry onto contract Required Skills: •Collects and analyzes policy and disparate information to assist NNSA Insider Protection Program Manager and NNSA Local Insider Threat Working Groups in preventing, detecting, and responding to insider activity in accordance with DOE and national Level insider threat guidance. •Formulates NNSA policy positions to provide NNSA enterprise-wide insider threat risk mitigation strategies to better integrate DOE ITP responsibilities, ensuring that the DSO can centrally manage all aspects of the ITP. Develops strategies for accessing data for insider threat analysis from multiple sources. •Interface directly with ITP stakeholders to assess the programs human, financial and technical resources and make recommendations identify all departmental resources that support the ITP. Qualifications: •CERT Insider Threat Program Manager Certificate •CERT Insider Risk Management Measures of Effectiveness Certificate •Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional (Fundamentals & Analysis) •A bachelor’s degree or similar credential may be substituted for 4 years of experience •Active Q or TS clearance w/ SCI eligibility or Favorably adjudicated Tier V personnel security background investigation not more than 4.5 years from proposed entry onto contract •This is a full-time on-site position in Germantown, MD with 20% travel.
