Qualifications: •Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders. •Understand current-state business processes and identify opportunities for transformation and automation. •Document functional requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. •Develop fit-gap assessments, business process maps, functional design documents, and solution blueprints. •Challenge existing processes and recommend improved future-state processes. •Translate complex business requirements into practical Dynamics 365 solutions. •Architect functional solutions using Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform. •Define data models, entities/tables, relationships, business rules, security requirements, and application structures. •Identify opportunities for Power Apps and Power Automate to extend Dynamics 365 functionality. •Partner cross-functionally with technical teams on integrations, APIs, custom development, plugins, and extensions.
