Hiring: Microsoft Developer Company: Yulista Holding LLC Location: Falls Church, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 17:00:19 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : .NET, ASP.NET, Agile, Azure, Azure DevOps, C#, REST, SQL, Systems Integration About the job Required Skills: •Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft-based enterprise applications and supporting components. •Translate approved business, functional, and technical requirements into application functionality and technical solutions. •Develop and maintain application components, business logic, services, APIs, interfaces, and supporting functionality. •Partner cross-functionally with business analysts, Functional SMEs, solution architects, and Government stakeholders to clarify requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions. •Actively facilitate and support modernization and enhancement of existing applications and development of new functionality. •Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable code in accordance with established development standards and technical architecture. •Develop and consume REST APIs, web services, and other interfaces required to support application functionality and system integration. •Support integration with Microsoft technologies, enterprise systems, databases, and external services as required. Qualifications: •Must be a US Citizen. •Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain the appropriate Department of Justice (DOJ) Public Trust Investigation (PTI) as required for the position. •Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and relevant professional experience in software development, application development, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline. •Demonstrated capacity to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. •The principal place of performance will be EOIR Headquarters located in Falls Church, VA. •Preference will be given to Calista shareholders and their descendants and to spouses of Calista shareholders, and to shareholders of other corporations created pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, in accordance with Title 43 U.S. Code 1626(g). •It is Calista and Subsidiaries' business philosophy and practice to provide reasonable accommodations, according to applicable state and federal laws, to all qualified individuals with physical or mental disabilities. •The statements contained in this job description are intended to describe the general content and requirements for performance of this job.
