Required Skills: •Deliver shift-based Tier 3 support to FAA executives and support teams for collaboration tools. •Troubleshoot complex issues with Exchange Online, Outlook Web Access, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 applications, Power Platform solutions, and Google collaboration tools. •Manage escalation processes with engineering teams, Microsoft, vendors, and FAA support organizations. •Provide ongoing Tier 3 support for executive and non-executive users. •Develop and maintain support documentation including SOPs, work instructions, knowledge base articles, and job aids. •Create and update scripts to support operational processes. •Identify and implement workflow improvements and automation opportunities. •Document and communicate new issues and solutions to the support organization. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or IT Management. •Minimum 5 years’ experience in Configuration Management, Change Management, or related IT disciplines. •Proven Tier 3 support experience for executive leadership in large enterprises (supporting 2,000+ users). •Advanced troubleshooting skills in Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, OWA, Teams, and Microsoft 365 applications. •Demonstrated capacity to own and resolve complex technical issues. •Experience coordinating escalations with vendors and multiple IT teams. •Effective communication skills with senior executives and support staff. •Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities using various tools including AI technologies. •Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft troubleshooting tools (e.g., MFCMAPI). •Practical experience utilizing process improvements and automation.
