Discover your full potential – join us to advance your career while leaving a lasting legacy. •Lead analysis, planning, and management of civil engineering and site design projects for municipal projects •Manage teams performing underground utility and site design, cost estimating, and report preparation. •Develop, maintain, and expand client relationships while generating new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. •Deliver public presentations to technical and non-technical audiences and support technical marketing initiatives. •Partner cross-functionally with operations management to determine project staffing needs and balance monthly labor forecasts. •Ensure technical accuracy, adherence to engineering standards, and proper documentation across reports and design projects.
