Required Skills: •Lead the team responsible for ensuring every Starkey product meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability before reaching customers around the world. •Lead and oversee the leadership and development of the Systems Engineering Product Verification team. •This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the department regarding staff development, resource allocation, task and process management, budget, and performance tracking. •Lead and oversee ensuring that the department is state-of-the-art from both a skill and process perspective. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in systems Engineering or a related field required •Graduate degree in a relevant field preferred. •Basic to intermediate knowledge of Test Automation strategies and deployment. •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Hearing Aid systems. •Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MSOffice. •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of product development methods and best practices. •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and best practices. •Advanced knowledge of Systems Integration and Systems Verification principles and best practices. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. •Demonstrated capacity to understand and communicate technical information to a variety of disciplines.
