Required Skills: •Lead daily operations of the assigned proudction line. •Assign work and balance manpower to meet production goals. •Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available to prevent line downtime. •Ensure associates are trained and follow SOPs and work instructions. •Perform production tasks as needed to maintain production flow. •Coach associates and suport daily performance improvement. •Coordinate with Warehouse, Material Handiling, Quality, and Engineering to resolce production issues. •Maintain WIP, inventory accuracy, and system transactions using SFC.
