Qualifications: •Prior experience polishing pressure vessels or sanitary industrial processing equipment (e.g., food, chemical, or pharmaceutical grade finishes). •Knowledge of specific surface finish measuring tools (e.g., Ra surface roughness testers). •High attention to aesthetic and technical detail. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production deadlines. •Strong commitment to shop safety, quality, and precision. •Demonstrated capacity to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach for extended periods. •Demonstrated capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. •Comfortable working inside, around, or on top of large pressure vessels and tanks. •Exposure to shop environment (noise, metal dust, and grinding debris; proper PPE required).
