Hiring: Merchandise Control Manager Company: Vestis Corporation Location: Metropolitan Fresno Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 11:13:09 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, Workday About the job Required Skills: •Executes work in accordance with Company safety guidelines and in a productive and efficient manner. •Lead and oversee overall execution of daily stockroom (garments, allied and supplies) production activities while ensuring workplace safety, cost effectiveness, timeliness, and accuracy of processing as well as high product quality for entire stockroom. •Working under direction from the Plant Manager and/or General Manager seeks to optimize workflow and efficiency and meet production goals and profitability objectives. •Essential Job Tasks And Activities •Typical tasks and activities for this job include but are not limited to the items listed below. Additional duties may be assigned from time to time as needed by management. •Builds and maintains positive working relationships with Market Center Management team and keeps them informed of production issues. •Leverages resources of Operations Support team as needed to address and overcome production issues. •Working under direction from the General Manager, Plant Manager or production leader directly supervises stockroom workers to ensure that production standards are followed, and goals are achieved, positive employee relations result, and policies, rules and regulations and procedures are followed.
