Required Skills: •Are looking for an experienced •MEPS Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to act as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are achieved through the delivery of value-added cost management services across advanced manufacturing, industrial, and mission-critical data center projects. •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle for MEPS, process utility, and critical infrastructure systems. •Prepare and present cost plans, estimates, and budgets for MEPS scopes and utility infrastructure. •Partner with design teams and contractors to develop and validate MEPS cost estimates. •Review and reconcile cost changes to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements. •Meet with clients, contractors, and project teams to gather project information and prepare cost updates. •Prepare written reviews and executive summaries of contractor cost submissions. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field. •Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry. •RICS accredited or actively pursuing accreditation is preferred. •Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred. •Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, cost planning, value management, value engineering, and construction delivery methodologies. •Extensive experience with MEPS systems, process utilities, and critical infrastructure on manufacturing, industrial, and/or data center projects. •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. •On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs. •Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
