Required Skills: •Lead MEP systems integration from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, and turnover. •Coordinate contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders. •Manage OFCI/CFCI equipment integration, technical reviews, quality assurance, and commissioning readiness. •Identify and mitigate technical risks while supporting schedule, budget, and quality goals. •Resolve complex field challenges and ensure systems meet reliability, operational, and client acceptance standards. Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning processes within data centers or other mission-critical facilities •Proficiency with Procore, BIM 360/ACC, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). •Data center construction management •MEP project management •Owner's representative or mission-critical project delivery roles •An experienced data center MEP professional who can bridge design, construction, commissioning, and operations while leading complex systems integration across hyperscale and mission-critical projects.
