Required Skills: •Support Project Management Team with Preconstruction MEP information management •Support and schedule 3D Model coordinator for assigned projects. •Track MEP related MOPs and cutover activities for assigned projects. •Coordinator commissioning documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning agent. •Process Vendor startup and commissioning. •Assist with organizing MEP client training. •Train and provide guidance to MEP Team on MEP concepts and installation details. •The MEP Manager mentors, provides guidance, and supervises the MEP Team including completion of performance reviews and disciplinary action if applicable. Qualifications: •Advanced Experience and knowledge of the installation of MEP systems, BIM Modeling, and Construction Management •Demonstrated capacity to use independent judgment, self‐starting and ability to prioritize based on relevant factors •Demonstrated capacity to read and understand plans and specifications drafting and computer skills desirable. •Demonstrated capacity to coordinate solutions to installation problems with design engineers and subcontractors. •Must possess the utmost of personal integrity and have the ability to create and lead an organization’s culture of collaboration, both internally and externally, in order to maintain the superior reputation of the firm •Must possess the desire and ability to collaborate with design engineers and other technical personnel to create solutions to MEP problems identified in design review, construction, installation, startup, and commissioning. •Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Construction Science, or combination of equivalent education and experience Compensation: •Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with 100% of monthly premiums paid by the company Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
