The role will oversee complex mechanical construction scopes, including HVAC, mechanical piping, and sheet metal •, from planning and preconstruction through closeout. •Project Manager I •4–7 years of construction experience, with 2–3+ years supporting or managing mechanical projects. •Demonstrated capacity to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, documentation, and subcontractors. •Project Manager II •7–10+ years of mechanical construction experience. Qualifications: •Commercial, industrial, government, or mission-critical mechanical construction projects •Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, and/or sheet metal systems. •Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, contracts, and client expectations. •In-depth knowledge of construction documents, RFIs, submittals, change orders, forecasting, and closeout. •Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project-management software. •Demonstrated capacity to work onsite in Amarillo and satisfy all DOE site-access, security, and employment requirements.
