Qualifications: •What we are looking for: •High‑acuity response : Comfortable managing verbal/physical outbursts and emotional dysregulation in a residential setting. •Emotional regulation : Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and set firm, healthy boundaries. •Growth mindset : Willingness to learn and grow; candidates with strong boundary‑setting and passion for adolescent mental health are encouraged to apply, even without direct experience! •Adolescent experience : Background working with adolescents in behavioral health, residential, or crisis environments preferred. •21+ years of age or older •High School diploma or equivalent •Able to pass pre-employment drug screen •Able to pass criminal investigation background check •Current driver's license •Ability to learn CPR and First-Aid.
