Required Skills: •Generate leads and new membership sales •Understand prospects' needs and guide them towards suitable membership solutions. •Create, coordinate, and manage promotional activities, both within and outside the center, to enhance Center visibility. •Establish and nurture relationships with local residential communities and businesses. •Create opportunities for new business development and maintain relationships with existing and past clients. •Focus on member retention and seek referrals. •Create awareness of the Center through community outreach and connectivity •Grow profit centers through promotion of center services to new and prospective members Qualifications: •At least one year in a customer service role. Sales and/or membership experienced preferred •Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable. •Strong ability to multitask, self-direct, and achieve goals. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished phone manner •Capable of connecting with, inspiring, and motivating others. •Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor. •Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. •We’ve never been the type to accept the status quo.
