Required Skills: •Develop and execute innovative strategies to increase membership acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall growth. •Design and manage multi-channel membership marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, telemarketing, digital outreach, and in-person engagement. •Analyze membership trends and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improve member retention. •Track, monitor, and report on membership performance, campaign effectiveness, and overall membership health. •Partner with staff, elected officials, and volunteer leaders to support field-based recruitment and engagement initiatives. •Partner cross-functionally with communications, marketing, and other internal teams to create compelling membership promotion materials. •Explore and expand affinity partnerships and member benefit programs. •Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and strengthen member connections with ARRL. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Minimum of 5 years of experience in membership management, association management, customer service, or a related field. •At least 2 to 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience. •Strong knowledge of association management and membership strategy. •Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and database management. •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Access and CRM platforms is highly desirable. •Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. •Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with diverse audiences. •Amateur Radio experience or familiarity with the Amateur Radio community is highly desirable.
