Qualifications: •Expected hours: 40-45 hours per week •Shifts generally range from 8-10 hours •Current Esthetician license preferred; however, candidates with relevant medical spa, aesthetics, body contouring, customer service, or sales experience are encouraged to apply. •Demonstrated experience in the medical aesthetics industry, including the operation of aesthetic laser devices and advanced skincare technologies, is required. •Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus. •Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of client care, professionalism, and efficiency. •Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage and monitor multiple client treatments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. •Comfortable educating clients on products, services, and treatment plans while maintaining strong knowledge of available offerings and treatment options. •This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
