Hiring: Medical Liaison - Portfolio - SW Company: Novo Nordisk Location: Salt Lake City, UT Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 07:41:43 About the job Required Skills: •Completes administrative duties in an accurate manner and on a timely basis, in line with current SOPs and working practices •Ensures and performs effective administrative management of regional business as well as operational budgets •Maintains thorough understanding of all relevant Novo Nordisk processes and procedures and proactively assist other FMA members to further their understanding with these as needed •Provides accurate monthly reports on scientific support activities in region to Director including budget expenditures as directed •Records all activities within One Stop Shop (OSS) and all expenses within Concur in accordance with FMA procedures •Advocacy & Professional Relationship Development: •Applies advanced technical principles, theories and concepts of NNI, its products, current scientific research and publications associated with therapeutic area of interest •Combines account management skills, business acumen and scientific expertise to enhance value and develop collaborative relationships Qualifications: •50-75% overnight travel required; Driver must maintain a valid driver’s license. Must be in good standing by not exceeding the Novo Nordisk points threshold assigned based on review of Motor Vehicle Records. Territory is AZ, NV, UT, NM. •Doctoral degree required •A minimum of five years experience in a health related system, pharmaceutical company, or managed care environment, including four years demonstrated success in a field medical liaison role required •Relevant clinical and/or therapeutic experience preferred •Displays business acumen/knowledge based on experiences such as participation in formulary process decisions •Strong communication and collaboration skills required •In addition, this position is eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance. •Novo Nordisk offers long-term incentive compensation and or company vehicles depending on the position's level or other company factors. •We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
