Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, Laboratory Sciences, or a related required field. •1–2 years of laboratory experience required. •Medical Technologist certification through the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification preferred. •Basic understanding of laboratory equipment, operation, maintenance, repair, and analytic techniques. •Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written protocols and regulatory requirements. •Demonstrated capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality. •Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
