Hiring: Medical Device Integration Coordinator Company: Intelas Location: Chicago, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:09:33 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : CyberArk, Epic Systems, Regulatory Compliance About the job Required Skills: •Please note: This position will be onsite •Supporting medical-device platforms and applications, including Philips PIC iX and IntelliBridge Enterprise, GE MUSE, Provation MD, Sickbay, Connexall, Rauland, Laborie, Asimily, BD Alaris, and other vendor-hosted clinical systems. •Troubleshooting network connectivity, wireless authentication, device-to-server communication, HL7 interfaces, worklists, results delivery, and Epic integration. •Coordinating new medical-device implementations, including network onboarding, server and application requirements, firewall rules, service accounts, certificates, testing, validation, and go-live support. •Supporting medical-device servers, workstations, middleware, interfaces, databases, and vendor remote-access solutions in collaboration with hospital infrastructure teams. •Assisting with medical-device cybersecurity activities, including vulnerability remediation, patch coordination, CyberArk account management, vendor access, system hardening, and risk documentation. •Leading or participating in troubleshooting efforts for clinical technology incidents affecting patient care. •Supporting system upgrades, device replacements, operating-system migrations, planned maintenance, disaster-recovery testing, and technology lifecycle initiatives. Qualifications: •Three to five years of experience supporting medical devices, clinical systems, or healthcare IT. •Knowledge of networking, Windows systems, medical-device connectivity, and cybersecurity. •Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to coordinate effectively with clinical teams, IT, Cybersecurity, HTM, and vendors. •Demonstrated capacity to participate in after-hours support and escalation. •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Technology Management, or a related field. •Knowledge of Active Directory, CyberArk, vulnerability management, and vendor remote access. •Healthcare technology, IT, networking, cybersecurity, or project-management certification. •Intelas is a member of Compass Group USA •Associates At Intelas Are Offered Many Fantastic Benefits.
