Knowledge of state workers’ compensation regulations is preferred. Required Skills: •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members—from hourly employees to upper management—as well as government officials. Qualifications: •Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program or certification in an accredited vocational rehabilitation field is required. •Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC-CCM) or American Board of Occupational Health Nursing Case Management (ABOHN-CM) certification required within 36 months of hire. •Demonstrated capacity to sit, stand, and walk during the workday. May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, infectious illnesses, and occasional hazardous materials. Must be physically able to respond promptly to emergency situations within the facility. •Travel: Occasional travel required, including 1-3 trips per year outside the assigned location.
