This position will process medical record requests, assist with billing functions, work within a clearinghouse, and help ensure claims and documentation are processed accurately. •Manage and process incoming and outgoing medical records requests. •Assist with Release of Information (ROI) requests and obtain necessary patient medical records. •Support day-to-day medical billing functions. •Work within a healthcare clearinghouse to review and process claim-related information. •Assist with claims processing and identify documentation or information needed for submission. •Review billing and medical record information for accuracy and completeness. •Maintain organized and accurate patient and billing documentation. Qualifications: •Recent experience in medical billing, medical records, or healthcare revenue cycle required. •Understanding of medical billing and claims processing workflows. •Operational familiarity with medical records requests and ROI processes is a plus but not required. •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and shift priorities when needed. •Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. •Demonstrated capacity to handle confidential patient information appropriately. •Collaborative, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills. •Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week •Start Time: Flexible between 7:00 AM–9:00 AM Compensation: •This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401k Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
