Whether you've just completed your Medical Assistant program or have hands-on experience but haven't yet earned certification, we want to hear from you. •Certified MAs (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) start at a higher hourly rate. •Uncertified MAs: We'll support you in earning your certification and reward it with a pay increase once you do. •What You'll Do •Partner with providers during in-home patient visits. •Gather medical histories and patient information. •Obtain vital signs and perform clinical support activities. •Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection. •Support patient education and engagement. •Assist in closing preventive and chronic care gaps. •Document care activities within EMR systems.
