Candidates must reside in or near one of our covered service areas throughout Georgia. •We're looking for Certified Medical Assistants who are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care in patients' homes. In this role, you'll work alongside providers to support patients with complex healthcare needs while helping improve health outcomes through personalized, community-based care. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. •New Grads and Uncertified MAs Welcome: We know great caregivers come from every stage of their careers. Whether you've just completed your Medical Assistant program or have hands-on experience but haven't yet earned certification, we want to hear from you. •Certified MAs (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) start at a higher hourly rate. •Uncertified MAs: We'll support you in earning your certification and reward it with a pay increase once you do. •What You'll Do •Partner with providers during in-home patient visits. •Gather medical histories and patient information. •Obtain vital signs and perform clinical support activities. •Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection. •Support patient education and engagement. •Assist in closing preventive and chronic care gaps. •Document care activities within EMR systems. •Coordinate pre-visit and post-visit activities. •Maintain supplies and equipment needed for field visits.
