Required Skills: •The Impact You Will Have •As a Medicaid Program Health Manager within the Medicaid Performance Hub, you will play a critical role in ensuring predictable execution, performance visibility, and delivery on contractual commitments. •Actively facilitate and support design, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that improve the delivery of health care services and the health of our members, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to advance strategic priorities and help the business effectively manage change. •Provide the analytics backbone for the Hub—transforming operational, clinical, and customer (state/county) data into actionable insights that enable leaders to make proactive, informed decisions. •By monitoring key metrics, identifying risks and opportunities, and delivering clear, data-driven reporting, you will help the enterprise anticipate and support RFP and pursuit cycles, maintain compliance, and meet year-over-year performance expectations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
