Hiring: Media Relations Strategist - Investments Company: Vanguard Location: Malvern, PA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:16:19 Employment Type: Remote About the job Required Skills: •Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned to IMG priorities, including market insights, investment capabilities, and product narratives. •Translate investment strategies, market developments, and portfolio perspectives into clear, compelling messaging for internal and external audiences. •Serve as a communications advisor to business partners, offering actionable recommendations and helping shape messaging and approach for key initiatives. •Act as a spokesperson on investment- and markets-related topics, proactively identifying media opportunities while managing risk and protecting Vanguard’s reputation. •Build and maintain relationships with financial journalists, industry influencers, and business partners to shape narratives and secure impactful coverage. •Lead the development of communications materials, including press releases, executive briefing materials, and thought leadership content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with Vanguard’s voice. •Manage communications projects independently from strategy through execution and measurement, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and KPIs. •Monitor industry, market, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities and elevate insights to senior team members.
