Required Skills: •This role will be based at our HQ in Waterloo, WI. •Proactively seeks out innovative solutions along with research and development opportunities. •Communicates well within the cross functional teams at Trek. •Developing design best practices within the department. •Strong passion for continuous improvement to product, processes, and yourself •Willingness to develop strong working relationships and communication with an international team. •System-level engineering experience, including integration of mechanical components with motors, batteries, sensors, controllers, and wiring harnesses. •Operational familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., UL, EN, RoHS).
