Hiring: Mechanical Engineer Company: NOV Location: Conroe, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:43:59 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : AutoCAD, CAD, Performance Testing, SolidWorks About the job Required Skills: •Work under general supervision of the Director of Engineering. •Prepare specifications for purchased components and (sub) systems. •Prepare design proposals for new equipment and modifications to current designs. •Interface directly with drafters, designers and other engineers, as assigned, to lead or participate in team efforts. •Assist production with support in resolving problems arising in the shop during the manufacturing process. •Accomplish all assigned tasks within the constraints of customer requirements, cost effectiveness and Texas Oil Tools design standards. •Prepare engineering design documentation and procedures for engineering processes, equipment operation and performance testing. •Maintain liaison with individuals and units within or outside the organization acting on technical matters pertaining to the field.
