Required Skills: •Own the design, development, qualification, and sustainment of mechanical systems, modules, and subsystems for Semiconductor Capital Equipment throughout the product lifecycle. •Drive technical decisions, architecture trade-offs, and innovative design solutions to meet performance, reliability, safety, cost, schedule, and DFX objectives. •Lead onsite execution of NPI Programs, Alpha/Beta Builds, engineering validation, qualification, and production transition activities. •Support system and subsystem integration activities, identify design gaps, troubleshoot build issues, and drive timely closure of technical issues. •Partner cross-functionally with Design, Systems, Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Engineering, and Test teams to resolve build, integration, reliability, and qualification challenges. •Drive root cause investigations, risk assessments, corrective actions, and engineering change implementation to improve product maturity and stability. •This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.
