Qualifications: •Bachelors of Science Degree or NICET III certification or a comparable combination of education and experience. •5 or more years’ experience in construction inspection of Mechanical / Plumbing / HVAC. •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). •Solid functional working knowledge of the latest version of the mechanical and plumbing ICC building codes and testing criteria for all types of mechanical systems. •The ability to work Overtime on weekends or extended hours to accommodate contractor work schedules. •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. •10 or more years’ experience in construction inspection of Mechanical / Plumbing / HVAC. •NICET Level II and III Certification. •Solid functional working knowledge of the latest version of the mechanical and plumbing ICC building codes and testing criteria for all types of mechanical systems is required. •Knowledge of fire-stopping, fire-rated construction, and/or fire-proofing.
