Qualifications: •High school diploma, GED or high school equivalency •Communicates effectively, orally and written, across all departments and promotes teamwork and team discussions. •Technical/Functional: Basic mechanic skills, basic electrical skills, performing breakdown analyses, basic and major equipment rebuilds, basic troubleshooting, advanced equipment adjustments, mechanical and electrical maintenance (both planned and unplanned) for production equipment, facilities, and fabrication. •Sense of responsibility, teamwork, accountability, and adaptability. •Demonstrates ability to methodically analyze and correct problems of a varied nature on a wide range of equipment and support systems. •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 10 pounds up to 70% of the time. •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. •Demonstrated capacity to work in extreme heat (non-weather) up to 50% of the time. •Demonstrated capacity to become a certified forklift operator. •Must be agile enough to maneuver around equipment, climb stairs, and go up and down ladders to reach various equipment.
