Required Skills: •Wednesday from 12 am to 6 am, and from Thursday to Saturday from 6 pm to 6 am. •Observe all safety, sanitation, GMP, and HACCP requirements •Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems on equipment. •Demonstrate understanding of control systems, pumps, motors, HMIs, and PLCs on complex process and packaging equipment. •Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks as necessary, but routinely in cases requiring advanced technical expertise •Lead and oversee safety compliance personally and with equipment. •Review documentation for maintenance activity using the maintenance database, adequately communicate maintenance issues to appropriate employees (e.g., other maintenance techs, operators, engineers, supervisors, etc.), and properly utilize the maintenance inventory system. •Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to appropriate schedules and documentation Qualifications: •High School diploma or vocational training required. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical diagrams. •Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make technical decisions. •Knowledge of LOTO, OSHA standards, CMMS systems (Maximo preferred), and Microsoft Office. •Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement. •Demonstrated capacity to work at heights up to 50 feet, lift up to 75 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally), and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs. •Demonstrated capacity to work in varying weather conditions, temperature extremes, and high-noise environments while following all safety requirements. •Competitive salary ($33.72 hourly) and comprehensive benefits package. •Environment that welcomes workplace flexibility. •An atmosphere where diversity is embraced, and inclusivity is second nature.
