Comprised of strategic communications professionals, Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) practitioners, data analysts, and campaign managers that bring a multidisciplinary approach to planning, executing, and assessing strategic communications operations, this program integrates Information Related Capabilities (IRC) across multiple domains, environments, and geographic boundaries, leveraging data-driven frameworks, multi-source analytics, and evidence-based reporting to advance influence objectives on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). •Responsibilities: •Peraton is seeking a senior MOE Analyst Team Lead to direct and oversee a team of MOE Analysts providing data-driven assessments of strategic communications operations. The Team Lead will ensure analytical independence, manage deliverable production, and conduct strategic evaluations to inform Sponsor resource decisions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in marketing analytics, behavioral analytics, or data-driven reporting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain rigorous analytical standards in a fast-paced environment. •Key Responsibilities of this role include: •Leading and managing MOE Analysts, providing mentorship, quality oversight, and ensuring analytical independence and unbiased assessment across all MOE products; •Overseeing the application of scientific methodology for data collection, structuring, and analysis of strategic communications operations; •Directing the production of MOE Assessment Briefs, Quarterly MOE Input, and ad-hoc Operational or Strategic MOE Assessments as directed; •Conducting strategic evaluation of the case portfolio to inform Sponsor resource management decisions and identifying solutions for closing data collection gaps; •Engaging daily with Sponsor operational components to maintain situational awareness and ensure MOE Operational Input is provided during initial operational design stages. •*This position is contingent upon award of contract*** Qualifications: •Required Qualifications: •TS/SCI with Poly, active and current. •Bachelor's degree in a discipline with an emphasis on data analysis. •10 years of experience contributing to analysis activities; i.e., marketing analytics, public opinion research, behavioral analytics, data visualization, and/or data driven reporting; OR •10 years of experience with targeting or analysis efforts in support of the Sponsor. •4 years of experience managing analytic teams.
