Hiring: Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) Analyst Company: Peraton Location: McLean, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:06:25 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : AI, Google Analytics About the job Required Skills: •Applying scientific methodology for data collection, structuring, and analysis of multi-source data to produce evidence-based assessments of operational effectiveness •Contributing to the production of MOE Assessment Briefs, Quarterly MOE Input, and Operational or Strategic MOE Assessments as directed •Accessing and synthesizing data from multiple source types •Maintaining daily communication with Sponsor operational components to sustain situational awareness and providing MOE Operational Input during initial design stages •Identifying data collection gaps and supporting the application of data-driven metrics to operational assessments •*This position is contingent upon award of contract*** Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in a discipline with an emphasis on data analysis •Five (5) years of experience contributing to analysis activities; i.e., marketing analytics, public opinion research, behavioral analytics, data visualization, and/or data driven reporting •OR Five (5) years of experience with targeting or analysis efforts in support of the Sponsor •Master's degree in political science, data science, or other related social science discipline with an emphasis on quantitative methodology •Operational familiarity with Sponsor analytic and targeting tools and methods •Knowledge of communications analytics tools; i.e. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other commercially available marketing analytics and social listening tools Compensation: •$86,000 - $138,000 / year •Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
