Required Skills: •The Math Director leads the strategy, governance, and development of the Game Mathematics function. This role oversees departmental performance, employee development, workforce planning, portfolio priorities, and mathematical risk while partnering with executive and cross-functional leaders to deliver engaging, commercially competitive, and regulatory-ready online slot games. •Key Responsibilities •Set the strategy, standards, and priorities for online slot-game mathematics across the product portfolio. •Lead, mentor, and develop Game Mathematicians, building technical expertise and judgment while strategically assigning resources across the game portfolio. •Oversee the design and approval of slot math models, including reel strips, paytables, bonus features, jackpots, progressives, and feature triggers. •Ensure game targets—including RTP, volatility, hit frequency, bonus frequency, prize distribution, and maximum exposure—support player experience and product goals. •Establish consistent practices for mathematical calculations, simulations, model validation, documentation, code review, and implementation verification. •Review complex or high-risk game designs and provide final mathematical direction when significant design, exposure, or regulatory tradeoffs arise. •Partner with Game Design, Engineering, and Operations to deliver mathematically sound and regulatory-ready games. •Advance reusable simulation tools, math libraries, and development processes that improve quality and efficiency. •Monitor market and competitor performance, translating relevant findings into improved game mathematics, player engagement, and portfolio decisions. •Communicate mathematical performance, risks, resource needs, and recommendations to executive leadership. •Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. •Skills, Knowledge and Expertise •Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related quantitative field Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
