Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta •Demonstrated experience with material development, characterization, and analysis •Operational familiarity with phase diagram determination, thermal analysis, and solid-state characterization techniques •Hands-on laboratory experience with inert-atmosphere techniques and purification methods •Demonstrated experience publication record in organic solid-state materials, crystal engineering, or related disciplines •Strong publication record in organic solid-state materials, crystal engineering, or related disciplines •Proficiency with molecular characterization techniques such as NMR, GC/MS, and/or LC/MS for purity analysis and structural confirmation •Knowledge of defect analysis in molecular crystals (e.g., dislocations, grain boundaries, polymorphism) •Demonstrated experience with melt growth, zone refining, Bridgman growth, or related crystallization techniques for organic or molecular solids •Proficiency with solid-state characterization techniques including at least two of the following: SEM, AFM, XRD, DSC, TGA, or polarized optical microscopy Compensation: •$154,000 - $181,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
