Required Skills: •We are seeking a hands-on Bilingual Material Planner to support material planning and inventory coordination for our Houston manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring materials and components are available to meet production schedules while maintaining appropriate inventory levels. •The position will work closely with production, procurement, warehouse, engineering, and supply chain teams in the U.S. and Asia to communicate material requirements, resolve shortages, and support on-time production. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required due to frequent coordination with our Asia-based teams. •Develop and maintain material plans based on production schedules, sales forecasts, customer demand, and inventory targets. •Review MRP requirements and monitor material demand, lead times, purchase orders, and delivery schedules. •Partner with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure materials and components are available and staged ahead of production. •Identify material shortages and coordinate recovery plans with procurement, suppliers, production, and Asia-based teams. •Track Work-in-Progress and inventory levels to balance production needs with working-capital targets. •Maintain accurate material, BOM, inventory, and transaction data within SAP/ERP systems.
