Required Skills: •Lead and oversee supervising a team focused on properly receiving, storing, controlling, moving, consuming, shipping, and verifying the factory’s inventories and supplies utilizing SAP Inventory and Warehouse Management Systems. •Supervises and provides leadership for the functional group’s development, direction, and effectiveness, adhering to organizational policies and processes and supporting overall business and corporate objectives. •Contributes to development and responsible for running area within budget guidelines. •Ensures operations schedules are met within budget through appropriate use of human and technology resources, scheduling and effective problem solving. •Works with internal resources to resolve problems. •Conducts writing and delivering of annual performance reviews for all direct reports, providing honest and constructive performance feedback. •Maintains consistency in issues related to company policy and practices. •Ensures maintaining accurate timekeeping documentation for associates and provides and maintains ongoing payroll and HR supporting documentation.
