Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support mission and daily objectives of the Loading Department. •Coordinates and expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments, according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities, and compiles and maintains manual or computerized records. •Reviews production schedules and related information and confers with department supervisors to determine material requirements, to identify overdue materials, and to track material. •Arranges in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules. •May move or transport materials from one department to another, manually or using material handling equipment. •Attend Daily Production Meetings, and it remains highly visible on the manufacturing floor to ensure problems are identified and addressed promptly. •Works with support departments and other team members to determine root cause and implement corrective actions to achieve order fulfillment. •Utilize resources such as customer order management, pull reports, Apriso, Synchrono, and AS400 for inventory availability to avoid potential shortages. Qualifications: •High School Diploma/Equivalent required. •Requires occasional lifting of objects weighing 25 to 50 pounds. •Work requires periodic stooping/bending and frequent walking/standing. •Work involves activities that require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, or vehicles. •Club Car is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
