Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience working with BOMs, work orders, and inventory systems. Experience using ERP systems and Excel for material tracking and analysis. •Preferred: Experience coordinating with purchasing, planning, and external vendors. Experience with outside processing or subcontracted work. Experience supporting production scheduling or job costing. •Required: Strong understanding of BOMs, material flow, and inventory processes. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration. High attention to detail and data accuracy. •Preferred: Experience with ERP systems such as CrescentOne, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar. Familiarity with continuous improvement concepts. •Material availability to support on-time job release. Reduction in material shortages and delays. Accuracy of BOMs and material issuance. On-time completion of outside processing. Accurate and timely job closure and costing. Required Skills: •Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking a Material Analyst to support our Tulsa, OK facility. This role is responsible for ensuring material availability, accuracy, and coordination for work orders to support production schedules and on-time delivery. •Work Order & BOM Management •Review BOMs prior to release and validate alignment with planning requirements. Adjust BOMs to ensure accurate material issuance to jobs. Ensure all materials and services are properly issued prior to job closure. Verify outside processing and subcontracted services are accurately reflected with correct costing. •Communicate material risks, constraints, and schedule impacts to stakeholders. Participate in meetings to provide material status updates. Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, purchasing, and operations to support job execution. •Perform month-end activities to ensure accurate material issuance and job costing. Maintain accurate material, vendor, and cost data in ERP systems. Support data integrity across material planning and purchasing systems. Qualifications: •Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
