Ensure material availability for capital and O&M work plans, collaborating with field leadership and Sourcing teams •Team and Workforce Development: Supervise and develop a team of supervisors, union personnel, and logistics staff across multiple sites. Promote a culture of safety, performance accountability, and skill-building. •Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for field operations, contractors, and engineering partners. Provide transparency into material readiness, storeroom metrics, and delivery status. •Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Maintain compliance with SOX, FERC, and audit requirements. Lead improvement projects that enhance service, reduce cost, or improve inventory accuracy. Use data and metrics to monitor storeroom performance and implement standard processes.
