Qualifications: •High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required. •Bachelor’s degree preferred. •Minimum one (1) years of warehouse management/administration experience (preferred). •Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for data entry, document creation, and basic data analysis. •Operational familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to update inventory records, track material movements, and generate reports. •Strong command of the English language to communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders. •Demonstrated capacity to read and understand delivery notes, inventory reports, and other documentation in English. •Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records, track material transfers, and coordinate warehouse activities. •Demonstrated capacity to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient warehouse operations. •Demonstrated capacity to manage personnel effectively, delegate tasks, and provide support to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
