Required Skills: •Working within established procedures and guidelines, this position is responsible for accurately identifying, controlling and moving stocks around the plant and recording those movements in the relevant computer systems. This role also performs inventory counts and assists in the root cause investigation of discrepancies. •Accurately identifies all materials within the facility and controls their physical location. •Performs physical transport, lifting, order pulling or picking, stocking, and receipt and delivery of materials to and from established areas. •Moves materials around the plant by manual physical transport requiring lifting, pushing, and pulling. •Performs data entry transactions within the relevant computer systems to ensure accurate record keeping. •Assists all areas/departments with material support for ECOs, samples, projects, and/or plant tests. •Assists in resolution of problems encountered pertaining to material handling and inventory control. •Performs inventory counts and assists in the root cause investigation of discrepancies. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED. •General Labor Environment requirements include: use of personal protective equipment, reading, speaking, hearing, walking, bending, standing, stretching/reaching, hand/finger dexterity. •Must be able to work in a clean room environment, adhere to associated policies, and perform gowning of clean room attire in the allotted time prior to start up. •Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and transport up to 500 pounds via carts/racks, up to 1,500 pounds by pallet jack and up to 5,000 pounds by electric pallet jack. •Requires good manual dexterity and visual acuity including ability to distinguish colors. •Requires the ability to regularly perform repetitive motions. •Must be able to work under florescent lighting. •Must be able to maintain pace with the material demands of the production facility. •Requires the ability to sit or stand through the duration of a shift. •Must be able to work in an environment where exposure to moving mechanical parts, high and/or precarious places, wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock and/or radiation, and vibration may exist.
