Hiring: Material Handler - 1st Shift Company: RTP Company Location: Henderson, KY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:18:25 About the job Experience: •Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, including overhead working •Talk and hear to coordinate and operate equipment •Use of safety equipment as dictated by the work •Exposure to moving mechanical parts •Lift and/or move up to 60 pounds Required Skills: •Responsible for keeping the warehouse areas organized, unloading product deliveries, maintaining stock in the warehouse, and moving raw and rework materials for production. Responsible for quality, safety, and housekeeping. •: 1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Friday •Identify difference between final packaging •Sample boxes and mark samples properly •Monitor in-feed and out-feed conveyors and insure proper movement of boxes •Maintain level in additive tanks •Update records on holding tanks on control room board •Keep up with levels of product in all holding tanks used Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work process, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment •Must be able to operate/monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality production •Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and stand for an 8-hour shift •Demonstrated capacity to safely drive forklift •Read and follow manuals and procedures •Maintain a clean and safe workspace •Must be dependable and have excellent attendance •Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed, up to every other weekend •Willing and able to work in temperature extremes – hot and cold •Must be able to pass a forklift test and a respirator fit test Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
