We’re at seed-stage and are a team of 6. •Immediately own the core process underlying our business: match, schedule, moderate, and process calls. You learn the process by doing it. •Over time, as you understand the product and the users, you take on the work that grows the marketplace: relationships with high-value users, metrics that move the needle, automations and product features and that remove bottlenecks. •Learn processes by doing them and work directly with engineering and GTM along the way. •Own matching, outreach, scheduling, moderation, and post-call processing between users on a ticker. •Understand the current process by doing it. Then streamline it. Then automate it independently and with engineering. •Treat onboarded users like a working list: follow up, reactivate quiet supply, fill demand that would otherwise die. •Establish and run pre- and post-call compliance so volume can rise without breaking trust. Qualifications: •High ownership: you take problems from discovery to measurable impact. •High agency: few people, unclear processes.
