Required Skills: •Analyze operational, billing, and invoicing data to support accurate reporting and issue resolution. •Develop SQL queries and data extracts to support recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, and business requests. •Review contract and partnership information to support billing interpretation and operational accuracy. •Manage vendor-related operational activities, including tracking requests, follow-up, and coordination with internal partners. •Support marketplace billing and invoicing workflows by identifying discrepancies and helping drive resolution. •Prepare dashboards, reports, and business metrics using business intelligence (BI) and analytics tools. •Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data, and improve operational processes. •Document recurring issues, process steps, and reporting logic to support consistency and knowledge sharing. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
