Required Skills: •Manager, Marketing Operations •In addition to leading planning, forecasting, and review operations for assigned CRC team(s), this individual is responsible for generating performance insights, leading quarterly business reviews, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder experience. •Serve as the lead and subject matter expert for assigned CRC team(s). •Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, agency partners, and cross-functional reviewers. •Lead CRC planning and execution, including submission strategy, timelines, review schedules, and milestone tracking. •Own weekly forecasting meetings and partner with the business on submission timing, prioritization, throughput, and resource alignment. •Identify volume trends, planning risks, and capacity considerations, and work with stakeholders to align timing and expectations. •Track major multi-piece initiatives through completion to support pull-through and achievement of target dates for use. Qualifications: •Pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry experience. •Operational familiarity with OPDP submission requirements. •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
