Hiring: Marketing Manager, Transactions & Private Equity Company: Grant Thornton (US) Location: Appleton, WI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 15:33:47 Employment Type: Internship / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Project Management About the job Experience: •5-7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in B2B professional services, preferably in professional services, consulting or advisory environments – experience/knowledge of private equity and transaction services a plus •7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in B2B professional services, preferably in professional services, consulting or advisory environments – experience/knowledge of private equity and transaction services a plus •At least 3 years in B2B professional services, preferably in professional services, consulting or advisory environments – experience/knowledge of private equity and transaction services a plus Required Skills: •Transactions and PE Marketing Manager •Actively facilitate and support planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns aligned to priority transactions and private equity offerings, in coordination with overall firm marketing priorities •Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and thought leadership channels •Work across interdisciplinary marketing functions to ensure brand alignment, campaign coordination, and marketing asset integration •Manage development and distribution of transactions and PE-focused marketing content including insights, case studies, and campaign materials •Coordinate with business leaders, internal subject matter experts, business and marketing teams to deliver unique POVs, campaign assets and programs that address client needs •Partner cross-functionally with Audit, Tax, and other advisory teams to broaden solution penetration within the private equity channel’s firms and portfolio companies, Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution, using metrics to recommend alternative strategies if necessary •Maintain campaign calendars, coordinate project timelines, and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred •Thorough understanding of various marketing channels and their relevance to achieving strategic business goals •Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling content and presentations •Excellent project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail •Highly collaborative and able to work within and through teams to achieve stated goals •Demonstrated ability to be a trusted business partner, consistently sought out for advice by colleagues and stakeholders •Innovative and creative approach to developing work products and solving complex problems •Commitment to actively learning and adopting best practices from across the team •Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a high-growth, matrixed organization with shifting priorities. •Advanced skills with Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Compensation: •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
