Hiring: Marketing Lead Company: Bullpen Location: Wheaton, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:37:56 Employment Type: Hybrid About the job Experience: •Direct experience within real estate private equity or private credit •Operational familiarity with institutional and high-net-worth fundraising •Knowledge of website management, CRM campaigns, email marketing, and LinkedIn strategy Required Skills: •A growing real estate investment firm is seeking a Marketing Lead to own its marketing and communications function from strategy through execution. •This is a highly visible role for someone who can serve as a strategic partner to company leadership while remaining hands-on across investor communications, brand positioning, digital content, and presentation development. •The Marketing Lead will work closely with leadership and Investor Relations to communicate the firm’s investment strategy, portfolio performance, track record, and market positioning to institutional and high-net-worth investors. •This is not a property-level or consumer-marketing position. The role is focused on corporate marketing, investor communications, and strengthening how an investment platform presents itself to the market. •Own and evolve the firm’s investor-facing narrative, messaging, and brand positioning •Develop pitch decks, offering memorandums, quarterly reports, annual updates, fundraising presentations, one-pagers, and whitepapers •Partner with leadership and Investor Relations on fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, conferences, and roadshows •Translate investment strategies, market data, and portfolio performance into clear and compelling content Qualifications: •Senior-level marketing experience within real estate investment, private equity, investment management, financial services, or another sophisticated B2B environment •Exceptional writing, editing, messaging, and presentation-development skills •Demonstrated capacity to independently manage projects from initial strategy through final execution •Comfortable partnering directly with senior executives and investment professionals •Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex financial or investment concepts clearly •Willingness to maintain a regular presence in the Wheaton office Compensation: •$150,000 - $175,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
