Hiring: Marketing Director Company: Curavit Location: Boston, MA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 11:45:34 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Google Analytics, HubSpot About the job Experience: •Proven capability and demonstrated success in marketing execution within clinical research, CRO services, eClinical technology, or life sciences, prioritizing practical skill and execution over at least three to five year period. •In-depth knowledge of the clinical research ecosystem and how pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and other life sciences sponsors evaluate CRO and clinical research partners. •Direct experience marketing CRO services or working closely with CRO commercial organizations strongly preferred. •Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated ability to develop marketing that supports business development, pipeline, and revenue—not simply brand awareness. •Excellent writer and communicator who can personally develop technically credible presentations, case studies, website content, thought leadership, and sales collateral. Required Skills: •Positioning, Content & Thought Leadership •Develop and continuously refine Curavit's market positioning, messaging, proof points, and value propositions. •Translate Curavit and Lindus clinical experience, therapeutic-area expertise, geographic reach, capabilities, and performance into a compelling unified market narrative. •Develop differentiated messaging around Curavit's core capabilities, including global CRO execution, participant recruitment, Remote Clinical Site, technology-enabled clinical operations, and STRATUS. •Personally develop high-quality marketing content, including case studies, presentations, website content, executive thought leadership, social media, conference materials, webinars, and white papers. •Build and maintain a structured library of Curavit's clinical experience, performance metrics, case studies, and sponsor outcomes. •Work directly with Curavit executives and clinical experts to identify compelling stories, data, and perspectives and turn them into credible external content. •Work closely with Business Development and Solutions to ensure marketing directly supports opportunity generation, pipeline development, and conversion. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field is a plus.
